Aravali Centre for Art & Culture is a not for profit organisation which endeavours to provide a platform for the appreciation and propagation of art and artistic expression in the areas of visual arts and performing arts in Gurgaon.

Our Activities
Our commitment is to bring the best talent in people & performance to Gurgaon to entertain, inform and inspire, thus enriching life in our community.

Broadly, there will be two areas of activity: exhibition and education.

Events will include performances by eminent artistes in the fields of dance, music, theatre, film and fine arts.

Education will include formal and informal programmes for learning and practicing art -courses, workshops, and lecture-demonstrations.

Talent search, scholarships and performance facilitation will be integral to this area of activity and the support of our membership as well as their participation is crucial to the success of our endeavour.

Our Structure
Aravali Centre for Art & Culture is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation, to be incorporated as a Company under Section 25 of the Companies Act.

An Executive Committee, reporting to a Managing Committee, governs us.

Membership is open to residents and the corporate world in Gurgaon. There are various levels of membership as defined in the schedule of subscription. The Board has the privilege to invite Honorary Members who are persons of eminence in the arts; residence in Gurgaon is not a pre-requisite in such cases.

We generate funds through membership fees, grants from corporate bodies and sponsorships. Being a self-sustaining organisation, we aim to identify and nurture talent in our community, run scholarship schemes, provide study grants and facilitate performances/shows/exhibitions of artistes with promise.
